Dr. Patricia Shelton, M.D., R.Y.T., is a yogini, a doctor, and a mom. She earned a Bachelor's in Neurobiology and a Doctor of Medicine degree. Patti teaches Yin, Slow Flow, and Vinyasa Yoga, with classes tailored to the students' needs and preferences. All classes are focused on body awareness and mindfulness. She teaches her own style on Meditation, but her training is based in the Radiance Sutras and Meditation Secrets. Every meditation encourages students to soak in wonder and delight. She loves bringing her scientific and medical knowledge to her practice and teaching.
